Greg was working at the shipyard and traveling in Japan when they had to make the decision. There wasn't much time to sit and think; they had to jump in with both feet.
They had only a few weeks to get everything together, but they took the plunge. The first year was a whirlwind of crises and learning experiences, but their mission was clear: keep this beloved local business alive.
